Why we do this

Anyone who has lost someone knows the strange weight that follows. On top of the grief comes a list nobody warns you about: a house to clear, a garden going wild, rooms to prepare, decisions at every turn. And it all arrives at exactly the moment you have the least strength for it.

We started Heartfelt Reflections because we saw families struggling through it alone, or handing it to companies that treated a lifetime of memories like a job to get through by Friday.

We do it differently. Slowly where it should be slow. Carefully, always. And with the understanding that we're never just clearing a house. We're helping a family say goodbye to one.
