How soon can you help?
Usually within a week or two of your first call, and sooner when something is urgent. Equally, if you're not ready for months, that's fine too. You set the pace.
Which areas do you cover?
We support families across the UK. Call us with the home's location and we'll tell you straight away whether we can help, and if we can't, we'll try to point you to someone good who can.
How does pricing work?
Every home is different, so we visit or talk it through first, then give you one clear written price with no hidden extras. There's no charge for the visit and no obligation afterwards.
Can you handle everything in one go?
Yes. Many families ask us to take care of the clean, clearance, garden and decorating together so the home is fully ready in one gentle process, with one person to deal with throughout.
Do you work with solicitors and estate agents?
Often. We're used to probate timelines and sale deadlines, and we're happy to liaise directly with solicitors, agents or landlords so you don't have to relay everything.
What if we just need someone to talk to?
Then call us. Bereavement support is part of what we do, with or without any practical services, and a conversation is always free.
