Our services

A listening ear

Grief support and counselling, offered gently alongside our practical help or entirely on its own. However you're coping, you don't have to do it alone.

A comforting cup of tea in soft light

Support that goes beyond the practical

Most companies would clean the house and leave. We started Heartfelt Reflections because we believe families deserve more than that.

Losing someone leaves a strange mix of paperwork, practicalities and pain, and the people around you often don't know what to say. Our team does. We listen without hurrying you, we ask about the person you've lost, and we understand that some days the smallest task feels impossible.

Whether support means a kind presence while we work or dedicated counselling sessions, it's shaped entirely around you.

What's included

However support looks for you

There's no set format and nothing to sign up to. Support with us can mean:

Someone kind to talk to while the practical work happens

Dedicated grief counselling sessions in your own time

Support for the whole family, not just one person

Help with the emotional side of sorting belongings

Signposting to specialist and national bereavement services

A check in call later on, just to see how you are

"Grief has no timetable, and no right way. Our job is simply to make the practical things lighter, so you have room for the rest."

Alongside our work

Many families simply want someone kind in the house while the practical work happens. A chat over a cup of tea, stories about the person we're helping you remember. That costs nothing and means everything.

Dedicated sessions

When you'd like more, grief counselling sessions are available in your own time, at home or elsewhere, entirely separate from any practical work if you prefer.

Wider support

If specialist help would serve you better, we'll say so, and we can point you towards national organisations such as Cruse Bereavement Support and local services near you.

Common questions

You might be wondering

Is support included with your other services?
A kind, unhurried presence is simply part of how we work and is never charged for. Dedicated counselling sessions are arranged separately, and we'll always be clear about any cost before anything begins.
Can we have support without the practical services?
Yes, of course. Some families just want someone to talk to, and you're as welcome to that as anyone.
What if we need more specialist help?
Then we'll say so, gently and honestly. We can point you towards organisations such as Cruse Bereavement Support, your GP, or local specialist services, and help you take that first step if it feels hard.
Is what we share kept private?
Always. Anything you tell us stays between us, and we treat your family's story with the same care we treat the home.
